Cancellation Policy

All reservations, bookings, or purchases made with Dr. Susan's pH are subject to the following cancellation terms: 1. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Prior to the Scheduled Service Any cancellation submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled service, event, or delivery date shall be deemed non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under these circumstances. 2. Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Prior to the Scheduled Service Cancellations submitted more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled service, event, or delivery date will be eligible for a refund, less a non-refundable transaction processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the total purchase price. 3. Method of Refund Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase, less the applicable transaction fee. 4. Acknowledgment By completing a booking or purchase, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
